Lizard King

Lizard King, first discovered by a mycologist known in the mycology community as “Lizard King.” This variety is aptly named in honor of its discoverer, however, some may argue that it was named after Jim Morrison of the Doors due to his claims of a spiritual connection to lizards. Lizard King has thick stems, light brown caps, and strong contamination resistance. This strain is a fast grower. Mycelium colonization is reported to be rapid on agar and substrate.
