PES Hawaiian

The PES Hawaiian spore syringe offers a glimpse into a unique lineage of Psilocybe Cubensis, originally cultivated by the now-defunct Pacific Exotica Spora (PES) based in Hawaii. Despite its name, this variety's true origins remain unknown, with its title derived from the company rather than its geographical source but it could also actually be from Hawaii.

The spores themselves are characterized by a dark purplish-brown hue, displaying a sub-ellipsoid shape on 4-spored basidia. The mushrooms feature caramel-colored caps, typically 40-60mm in diameter, sitting atop thick white stems. This strain is well-regarded in microscopy circles for its distinct and consistent spore characteristics, making it an excellent choice for both novice and experienced mycologists.
